The Baden-Powell Adventure should be one of the most memorable guiding experiences for a Guide! It should be the ultimate retention tool and will provide a taste of The Senior Section to leave them wanting more! The aim is to make the Adventure a meaningful experience for every individual Guide.

In order to complete the award a Guide needs to take part in a Baden–Powell Adventure – a chance for her to try something new, learn about the next stage of her Girlguiding journey and celebrate the completion of her award with her fellow Guides.
Worcestershire Girlguiding organise three BP Adventures each year (usually one each term). Alternatively there are BP Adventures held at Girlguiding Activity Centres throughout the country. Details of these can be found on the Girlguiding website.

Open to all girls who have completed (or will have by the weekend) a minimum of 8 parts of the BP Challenge. Come along on your own, or with others from your unit – meet new people, have fun, celebrate what you have achieved in Guides and find out about other opportunities open to you. Maximum 3 girls per unit can attend.

Baden Powell Stitched Up adventure March 2018. Girlguiding Stockport Proudly presents: “Stitched-Up” BP Adventure ! Saturday 17 th – Sunday 18 th March 2018.. The theme of the weekend is “Stitched up” and we will be visiting places in & around Manchester with a fashion theme.
Guides that have completed all 10 clauses of their Baden-Powell challenge, or nearly completed it (8 out of 10 clauses) are invited to apply for adventure weekends. This weekend has the theme of ‘finding your way’ and will include many activities such as map reading and an incident hike.
